Return Policy

In accordance with Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract, only by covering the return shipping costs, within 14 working days from receiving the product, without penalties and without having to give any reason.

If the Buyer decides to cancel the purchase as stated above, they are obliged to return the product in the exact condition in which it was delivered, meaning in the original packaging, unused, with all accompanying documentation, and in perfect working condition. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer is not entitled to a refund.

The return of the product must be made to the headquarters of METZKOV ENGINEERING SRL, at the exclusive expense of the Buyer.

The refund will only be issued after the returned product is received and verified by METZKOV ENGINEERING SRL to be in its original, unused condition, with complete documentation, and in perfect working order. The initial shipping cost of the order will not be refunded, if applicable.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.

Return Conditions:

• No more than 14 days have passed since receiving the product
• The product shows no signs of installation and is not used, dirty, or damaged in any way
• The product is returned with all accessories that came in the original packaging (screws, nuts, clips, washers, manuals, other items, etc.)
• The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging
• The product or packaging must have a readable label that identifies the product code
• The product is not bent, broken, scratched, or damaged in any way

According to the ordinance, products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly are not eligible for return.

How to Return a Product

To return one or more products, please send them to the address below, properly packed to avoid damage during transport. We are not responsible for products damaged during return shipping.

Please do not send return parcels with cash-on-delivery (COD). The value of the returned product will be refunded to your account only after the product is verified and confirmed to meet the above return conditions. Any parcel sent with COD or with shipping charged to us will be refused.
