Heavy-duty 275 mm clutch kit for Nissan Patrol Y61 with 3.0 Di / CRD engines (ZD30), combining a reinforced pressure plate with a new clutch disc professionally relined with high-performance friction material. Intended for off-road use, towing and modified engine applications.
Features
- Increased clamping force compared with the original Nissan ZD30 pressure plate
- Friction material with high wear and thermal resistance
- Progressive engagement similar to a conventional clutch, based on Patrol Shop's practical experience
- Friction material used and tested by Patrol Shop for over 5 years in off-road, motorsport and modified vehicle applications

Installation
- Verify compatibility with the flywheel, clutch disc and release mechanism before installation
- The flywheel contact surface must be flat, uniform and free from wear steps
- For single-mass flywheels (SMF), professional inspection and resurfacing are recommended where necessary, while preserving correct installation geometry and dimensions
- For dual-mass flywheels (DMF), inspect the contact surface and internal mechanism; some workshops perform light resurfacing, but this may conflict with manufacturer instructions
- Apply the supplied lubricant only to the appropriate release mechanism contact points, avoiding contamination of friction surfaces
Important - DMF resurfacing: Any resurfacing of a dual-mass flywheel must be assessed individually by a specialist workshop. Certain manufacturers prohibit the procedure. If the customer elects to proceed, the work is undertaken at the customer's request and responsibility, following acknowledgment of the risks. Resurfacing does not guarantee safe or correct clutch operation.
Notes
- The approximately 900 kgf and +10% figures are conservative estimates based on Patrol Shop comparative measurements, not manufacturer-certified specifications
- The stated temperatures apply to the friction material and are not certified operating limits for the complete clutch assembly
