Shipping Policy
Products ordered on patrolshop.ro are shipped via express courier both within Romania and to several countries in the European Union.
1. Shipping within Romania
Orders with a delivery address in Romania are shipped via GLS courier.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours, depending on product availability.
Delivery time is usually between 1 and 2 business days. GLS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping is free for orders over 400 RON.
For orders under 400 RON, the shipping cost is 30 RON.
2. International Shipping (EU)
We ship to European Union countries using GLS courier services. Shipping cost depends on the destination country and the weight of the package. Below you can find the delivery rates (in EUR), grouped by zone and country.
Note: All EUR prices are approximate and may vary slightly based on the BNR daily exchange rate (minus 3%). The final amount will be calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Currency & Exchange Rate
For international clients ordering in EUR, product prices are automatically converted from RON using the BNR exchange rate of the day minus 3% (BNR -3%).
The final product and shipping prices will be displayed in EUR before order confirmation.
4. Bulk Deliveries
On request, we can also arrange pallet shipping for larger orders, depending on the nature and volume of the products. For such deliveries, please contact us in advance for a custom quote.
5. Important Notes
- Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
