Reinforced 250 mm clutch disc for Nissan Patrol Y60 and Y61 2.8 TD, made from a new clutch disc professionally modified by replacing the original linings with high-performance friction material. The original thickness and mechanical construction of the base disc are preserved.
Features
- Sprung hub for torsional vibration damping
- Friction linings with high wear and thermal resistance
- Progressive engagement similar to a conventional clutch, based on Patrol Shop's practical experience
- Friction material used and tested by Patrol Shop for over 5 years in off-road, motorsport and modified vehicle applications

Compatibility
- Nissan Patrol Y60 2.8 TD - RD28T, with a compatible clutch configuration
- Nissan Patrol Y61 2.8 TD - RD28Ti, with a compatible clutch configuration
Intended for clutch configurations with a compatible 250 mm flywheel and pressure plate arrangement.
Installation
- Verify compatibility with the flywheel, pressure plate and gearbox input shaft
- Inspect the flywheel friction surface and check its flatness before installation
- Follow the applicable clutch assembly installation requirements and keep the friction linings free from oil and grease contamination
Important - RD28 flywheel: This disc has a nominal diameter of 250 mm, compared with the reference original RD28 240 mm configuration. A wear step left by the previous disc may prevent proper seating of the replacement disc. Check the entire flywheel contact surface, including the additional area covered by the larger disc.
Compatible Accessories
Important: The stated temperatures apply to the friction material and are not certified operating limits for the complete clutch assembly. Torque transmission capacity also depends on the pressure plate, flywheel and operating conditions.
