Important: This configuration requires first-generation BMW M57 flywheels featuring a 290 mm outer ring gear diameter. Flywheels with a 310 mm ring gear are not compatible with this adapter configuration. Verify the ring gear diameter and starter engagement position before ordering.

Important: M57N compatibility is limited to the manufacturer-listed 204 HP 306D2 EU3 variant. Compatibility with other M57N / M57N2 variants is not confirmed.

Installation

Flywheel and clutch configuration must be selected according to the engine and gearbox combination, respecting the ring gear diameter restriction
Depending on the vehicle, modifications to engine and gearbox mounts, firewall, transmission tunnel or driveshaft length may be required

Important: This adapter is not a complete conversion kit. The flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate and release bearing must be selected for the complete transmission configuration. The components recommended below are alternatives for different setups and are not all required together.

Important: Intended for motorsport and track use only. The manufacturer specifies installation by professionals experienced in engine and transmission conversions, using appropriate workshop equipment.
